Established by restaurateurs Ian Glyn and Mark Derry, in collaboration with Raymond Blanc, the Brasserie Blanc estate began with the refurbishment of the established Le Petit Blanc restaurants in Oxford and Cheltenham. The Brasseries uphold Blanc’s original vision of providing good quality food and service at affordable prices. At the heart of each restaurant is a communal dining space located within an architecturally interesting building.
