KERLAZ, BRITTANY, FRANCE

PNW worked on the refurbishment of this holiday home in Brittany, France. 

 

The house, located close to the seaside between Brest and Quimper, hadn't been redecorated since the 80's and needed a lot of work: full decorations (internal and external) were undertaken, the wiring was completely redone and a new kitchen and new bathrooms were installed. New paving was also laid on the terraces around the house. The original staircase balustrade was carefully refurbished and is now the main feature of the hallway.

 

PNW liaised with the french contractors throughout the project and also sourced the finishes and some of the fittings from the UK.
