LINDEN GARDENS

The reworking of this Chiswick town house included stripping the building fabric back to its bare bones, lowering the basement and rear garden, structural extensions on each floor, and the installation of new services and finishes throughout. All details were carefully considered and resolved to a high level of finish, including the installation of refined Crittall-type doors and windows on the lower-ground floor. Among the challenges were achieving five party wall agreements to allow the lowering of the basement and rear garden ground levels.
