LOCH FYNE BATH

The project comprised the conversion of a grade-two* listed former bank building in Bath city centre into a Loch Fyne Restaurant. Careful integration with the existing Victorian detailing in the banking hall has resulted in a striking grand brasserie dining room. The redevelopment also includes a nine-bedroom boutique hotel on the upper floors and a landscaped courtyard garden. Among the main challenges were meeting strict listed building criteria and the incorporation of kitchen extract and air conditioning equipment in a manner that did not affect nearby residential properties.
