LOCH FYNE BLUEWATER

Located at Kent’s Bluewater Shopping Centre, Loch Fyne Bluewater is the restaurant chain’s first and only outlet set within a shopping mall. The principal design challenge was to communicate the restaurant’s direct connection to its Loch Fyne-sourced produce. Natural materials are used throughout, including marble and granite counters, reclaimed timber wainscoting and beam cladding, solid oak floors, and open texture wall plaster.
