LOCH FYNE PORTSMOUTH

Loch Fyne Portsmouth occupies part of the refurbished Vulcan buildings –

a scheduled ancient monument located adjacent to Gunwharf Quays. The mixed-use development comprises commercial space on the ground floor with residential accommodation above. New-build construction in a historical context enabled certain technical aspects, such as acoustic control, to be analysed by experts and the constructed performance tested upon completion. The details developed as part of this project have subsequently been applied within other historical sites.
