LOCH FYNE WINCHESTER

Loch Fyne Winchester is set within a pretty, 16th century listed building on Jewry Street. The premise’s exposed timber frame is a key feature, which can be seen both internally and externally. In order to protect and preserve this historic element it was decided to locate all the functional elements, including the kitchens, toilets, stores and plant rooms, within a sensitively designed rear extension. The new structure is organised around a glazed courtyard that brings light into the centre of the floor plan and provides an attractive external dining area.
