PNW Studios was asked modernise this Surrey retirement development comprising 44 apartments and maisonettes. The scheme includes a new entrance and refuse stores, external cladding and lighting, refurbished communal corridors and staircases, as well as extensive external landscaping. This has improved the quality of life for residents and staff alike.
