NORTH ROAD

This was the conversion of a former Victorian office building into 7 residential apartments. Each apartment was completed to a high standard with particular attention paid to acoustic control and thermal insulation.  The project was particularly interesting as the methods employed showed how the Victorian fabric could be brought up to and exceed the modern building regulation requirements.
