The Compass Group invited PNW to design and develop the coffee shop brand Ritazza that they were thinking about.
The design was developed to a very high level of detail with all equipment, graphics etc specified and integrated. The design included natural stone and timber veneers to lift it above its competitors. Brand manuals for small, medium and large units were developed and a full scale test bed unit constructed and trialled in the Compass Group HQ.
Feedback from the test bed unit was incorporated into a refined design and the design manuals. A new flat pack full scale unit was constructed taking on the design development and this taken to Vienna and constructed.
The Ritazza Brand was launched at a Vienna trade fair. The Ritazza brand was then rolled out in the UK by The Compass Group and then around the world under a franchise arrangement.
