PNW Studios refurbished this well-known listed Georgian hotel in the centre of St Austell for the St Austell Brewery. The bar areas utilise many traditional joinery details that PNW have developed over the years. Upstairs, the bedrooms have been refreshed and updated with en suite bathrooms. The latter proved particularly challenging in terms of routing services through the existing granite walls.
