The name is a bit of a mouthful but the idea simple. Brasserie Blanc food within a classic English pub setting. The pub has to remain very much a pub. The best pub in the village, with a warm welcome, open fires, welcoming to dogs and have a good garden. A pub that just happens to do great food as well. The idea was first developed at the Kings Head in Teddington and The Queens Head in Weybridge. Then operated for a couple of years to get everything right before considering any further locations. The success made of The Kings Head and the Queens Head has now expanded to a further 18 pubs.
