THE VICTORIA

This fantastic pub is located in the middle of Oxshott with an impressive sized garden at the rear. The building is not listed, but is within a conservation area and has several Tree Preservation Orders within the grounds. A number of proposed schemes were developed, including one with a customer carpark at the rear. The final design incorporates relocated customer toilets on the first floor and a converted outbuilding to boost the available dining space. The rear garden received a considerable amount of attention, including new paving, flowerbeds, planting and a pergola.
